At XCS we replace all four springs (front and rear) and check the suspension afterwards. After lowering we always recommend a wheel alignment (€120 incl. VAT at XCS), which is not included in the fitting price.

Eibach Sportline lowering springs, set of vier veren (twee at the front, twee at the rear), including de bijhorende fitting parts, part number E20-79-016-02-22. De Sportline verlaagt sterker dan de Pro-Kit and geeft een sportiever ride comfort, nog steeds in combination with de standard dampers.
Fits (volgens de vehicle finder of Eibach):
- Skoda Octavia IV Estate (NX) with front-wheel drive: 2.0 TDI 116 pk (from 11/2019), 2.0 TDI 150 pk (from 11/2019), 2.0 TDI 143 pk (from 06/2020)
- Seat Leon Sportstourer (KL) with front-wheel drive: 1.0 TSI 90 pk (from 03/2020), 1.0 TSI 110 pk (from 03/2020), 1.5 TSI 131 pk (from 03/2020), 1.5 TSI 150 pk (from 03/2020), 1.5 eTSI 150 pk (from 03/2020), 2.0 TDI 150 pk (from 04/2020), 1.0 TSI Mild Hybrid 110 pk (from 08/2020), 2.0 TDI 116 pk (from 11/2020), 1.5 TSI 116 pk (from 05/2024), 1.5 eTSI 116 pk (from 05/2024)
Verhoging/verlaging and voorwaarden
- Octavia IV Estate (NX): 2.0 TDI 116 pk, 2.0 TDI 150 pk and 2.0 TDI 143 pk. Vooraan about 45 mm lower, at the rear 35 to 40 mm lower, permitted axle load to 1.100 kg at the front and 980 kg at the rear.
- Leon Sportstourer (KL): 1.5 TSI 131 pk, 1.5 TSI 150 pk, 1.5 eTSI 150 pk and 1.5 eTSI 116 pk. Vooraan 40 to 45 mm lower, at the rear 30 to 35 mm lower, permitted axle load to 1.100 kg at the front and 1.055 kg at the rear.
- Leon Sportstourer (KL): 2.0 TDI 150 pk, 1.0 TSI 110 pk, 1.0 TSI 90 pk, 1.0 TSI Mild Hybrid 110 pk, 2.0 TDI 116 pk and 1.5 TSI 116 pk. Vooraan 35 to 40 mm lower, at the rear 25 to 30 mm lower, permitted axle load to 1.100 kg at the front and 1.055 kg at the rear.
- Alleen for wagens with torsion-beam axle (Verbundlenkerachse) at the rear, for alle standard damping systems and niet for wagens with level control.
- Alleen for de above-mentioned versions.
Wij controleren vooraf samen with u het VIN, het certificate or conformity and de equipment codes of uw wagen, zodat u zeker bent dat deze set past.
Inspection / homologation
Geleverd with een Duits TÜV parts report (Teilegutachten) of Eibach, dat u downloadt via de website of Eibach. Voor de Belgische keuring vragen wij op uw verzoek een GOCA attest aan. De surcharge daarvan bevestigen wij vooraf.
Fitting by XCS
About 3,5 labour hours (estimate) at € 75 excl. VAT per hour, in onze workshop in Merchtem: about € 317,62 incl. 21% VAT. Wij vervangen de vier veren, at the front and at the rear, and controleren daarna de suspension. Na de montage raden wij altijd een uitlijning (wheel alignment) aan (€ 120 incl. btw). Die zit niet in deze montageprijs; wij bespreken ze vooraf with u. We confirm the hours in advance and rekenen meer werk enkel aan na uw akkoord. 1 year warranty on the work carried out.
