Our merchandise is made to order for you. Delivery therefore takes a few working days longer than for items we keep in stock.
What is printed or embroidered on the items?
Only the XCS logo is applied to our merchandise.

How does shipping in Belgium work?
Shipping in Belgium is handled through the webshop at the normal shipping rates.

Can I return merchandise?
Because the items are made to order, custom made items fall outside the standard right of withdrawal, except in the case of a defect or an incorrect delivery. If there is a problem, please contact XCS so we can look for a solution together.
